This privacy policy aims to give you information on how everis collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when you take part in the UK eAwards competition.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to everis, through this website, are true, correct, current and complete, and is responsible for communicating to everis any modification or update thereof.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data although we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.

4.- How long will we keep your data?

Your personal data are conserved for the period necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and specifically:

They are primarily dedicated to the provision of consulting services and, in the case of foundations, achieving the foundation’s goals.

We also inform you that your data may be communicated to Data Processors, for the purposes set out in the table Purposes for which we will use your personal data above such as technology providers, which may have data processing and/or support centers located outside the United Kingdom.

We guarantee that when your data may leave the United Kingdom, the same protection level shall be maintained based on compliance with the provisions of Data Protection Act, applicable UK legislation, and/or the General Data Protection Regulation.
